My Summary

My Experience

Caring for children has been a natural and meaningful part of my life for as long as I can remember. I come from a big, loving family with 35 cousins, and being the third oldest has meant I’ve always had little ones around to support, play with, and look after. Growing up in such a busy family taught me patience, kindness, and how to create a calm, fun, and nurturing environment for children of all ages.

I also have hands-on nursery experience working with children from 3 months up to 6 years old. During this time, I supported feeding routines, nap times, bottle preparation, and play-based learning, while helping each child feel safe, encouraged, and understood. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each child’s personality and creating activities that help them learn and grow in their own unique way.

At home, I am a proud big sister to a 16-year-old boy, a 10-year-old girl, and a 7-year-old girl. I’ve helped my mum with their care throughout their whole childhoods — from newborn routines and school runs to homework, bedtime, and everything in between. Being a part of their upbringing has given me a deep understanding of children’s emotional needs and the importance of being gentle, reliable, and supportive.

Alongside my childcare experience, I previously worked as a senior lifeguard, where I completed thorough first aid and safeguarding training. This role strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure and always prioritise the safety and wellbeing of those around me — skills that naturally carry over into my work with children.

Overall, I bring warmth, patience, and genuine care to every family I support. I love creating a positive, friendly atmosphere where children feel happy, secure, and free to be themselves. Helping little ones grow, learn, and enjoy their day is something I truly care about, and I always aim to make parents feel fully confident and supported too.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner qualification as well as a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification, giving me a strong foundation in child development, wellbeing, and high-quality care practices. Alongside these, I have completed a range of additional certificates, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Mental Health Awareness, Autism Awareness, Providing a Healthy Eating Environment, Improving Children’s Learning Through Play, and Effective Transitions and Emotional Wellbeing.

These qualifications have helped me build a well-rounded understanding of how to support children’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs within a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

My Availability

i would say that my availibility can vary from week too week mostly Monday - Friday i am free and maybe an occasional Saturday or Sunday too.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.50 per hour
