My Requirements

Hi, I'm Omar, a working dad in the Keston/Bromley BR2 area, looking for reliable regular after-school care for my two children (girl 10, boy 7, at a local primary school within a short driving distance.

You may have come across an earlier ad of mine with a smaller Wednesday-evening slot; family logistics are settling and I now have a clearer picture of the regular pattern I'll need from early 2027, so this ad replaces that one.

The regular pattern, term-time:

- Every Wednesday: school pick-up at 3.15pm, then care at home (snack, homework help, play) until I'm home from work by 6.30pm
- Alternate Fridays: the same, school pick-up at 3.15pm, care at home until approx. 6.30pm
- School holidays: occasional full days (roughly one to two days a week over the summer holidays, plus some half-term days), or happy to discuss holiday-club alternatives
- Very occasional extra sessions by arrangement (e.g. a morning school run if I'm travelling)

That's about 5 hours in an average school week, term-time. You'll need experience with primary-age children, checkable references and ideally a DBS check; a driver would be handy but isn't essential. Start date early 2027 — flexible, and happy to agree terms in advance for the right person.
