About Me

I am a caring, reliable and family - orientated individual with many years of experience working with children and young people. As a mum to an adult child, I understand the importance of patience, consistency and creating a safe, supportive environment where children can thrive.
I am married, value strong family relationships, and bring these values into my work. I genuinely enjoy supporting children and young people through their journey of life, helping them grow in confidence, independence and wellbeing.

My Experience

I have worked previously as a teaching assistant with ELSA experience. I am trained as a Children's Mental Health Practitioner which has given me many years of Low Intensity Cognitive behaviour experience and I also have both Paediatric and Resuscitation first aid training.
Also being a mum has provided me with real-life, hands on experience in nurturing, guiding and supporting a child's growth, which I bring naturally into my work with children and young people, and also strengthens my understanding of routines, boundaries' and positive development.

Paediatric and Resuscitation first aid trained
ELSA - Emotional Learning Support
GCSE's including Maths and English
