Exploring options to support me in being able to continue working after my second son was born premature and has some additional needs. I’m considering Tues-Fri 3-6pm which would involve collecting my two sons (one who is almost 4, one who is 13 months) from the same nursery in Cramlington and bringing them home. It would essentially just be looking after them until me and my husband get home from work no later than 6pm. If the right person was also available (we wouldn’t expect it, it would just be a query when it arises so an opportunity to work more hours with us) we would also seek help on any days where my youngest might not be well enough to go to nursery, as he takes longer to recover from a basic cough or cold due to premature lungs.
