My Requirements

Our eldest son is 4 and starting school in September, and our youngest is 18 months. Our youngest has additional needs due to premature birth (born at 27 weeks) and we are finding since I went back to work, the arrangement with him at nursery is difficult because he needs more time to recover from illness and it’s placing a strain on our ability to maintain work. Both my husband and I have senior roles we’d like to keep, but only if we can find the right person to help.

The role would be mainly caring for our youngest. We thinking of different options to have either a full time nanny, or part time with nursery/school collection. We are flexible to consider hours that would make it worthwhile for someone to help us, including 4 full days, or a couple of full days and some part - we’re open to alternatives for the right person. We’d be happy to share more about our son’s needs and it’s not essential to have SEND experience (full support would be given) but having an open mind and caring nature is more important to us.
