My Experience

I have experience in both childcare and clinical paediatric settings. I worked at Safari Kindergarten in Bury caring for children aged 0–5, planning play sessions, supporting routines like meals, naps, story time and toileting, and building strong relationships with families. At Danesholme Infant Academy I supported early learning, group play, developmental observation, and outdoor activities.
In my nursing placements I worked on Wythenshawe Starlight Ward, Wythenshawe Forum Health Visiting team completing developmental reviews, and RMCH Ward 76. I’m confident recognising signs of illness, supporting emotional and developmental needs, and responding to emergencies including choking and BLS.

My Qualifications

I am a third-year Children’s Nursing student with hands-on experience across nurseries, schools, community health visiting, and paediatric hospital wards. I am trained in paediatric first aid, BLS, choking management, safeguarding, and recognising early signs of health decline. I am experienced with baby care routines including feeding, changing, settling, nap support, and bedtime routines. I’m skilled in planning creative play sessions, supporting early learning, behaviour management, and communicating calmly and effectively with children of all ages.

My Availability

I offer flexible availability around my university schedule. I am available for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends where needed. I aim to be reliable and consistent, and I’m happy to agree on times that best support your family’s routine. As it is the holidays I can be more available with the days I can work.
