My Experience

I have been working in a nursery setting since February 2025, primarily with children aged 2–3 years. I absolutely love working with this age group and being part of such an exciting stage in their development. It is so rewarding to watch children grow in confidence, become more independent and develop their communication skills through play, exploration and everyday experiences.

Before joining the early years sector, I gained five years of experience working with children and young people aged 5–17. Throughout this time, I also had the opportunity to support both children and adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across a range of roles and settings.

Working with children is something I genuinely love and feel very passionate about. I enjoy getting to know each child as an individual, understanding their interests and needs, and helping them feel happy, safe and confident. Building trusting relationships with children and families is really important to me, and I take great pride in creating a warm, welcoming and supportive environment where every child feels valued and has the opportunity to thrive.

My Qualifications

-GCSEs in Mathematics, English, Science, Physical Education and Health & Social Care.
-Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care.
-Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism.
-Currently working towards a Level 3 qualification as an Early Years Educator.
-Paediatric First Aid trained

My Availability

I currently work four days a week, from 7:30am to 6:00pm, with Wednesdays as my regular day off. I am also available most weekends, offering flexibility for additional work alongside my full-time role.

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
