My Requirements

I am looking for an Ofsted-registered childminder in the Watford (WD18) area starting from September.

My son will be 11 months old when he starts. I am looking for 30 hours per week(or more if needed) and will be using the funded 30-hour childcare entitlement (eligibility code will be provided once available).

The hours required are:
• 2 full days per week
• 3 half-day sessions per week

As I work in tourism, school holidays are my busiest periods at work. For this reason, I am ideally looking for a childminder who is available during school holidays and can clearly outline their working terms, including:
• Holiday dates and planned time off
• Bank holiday arrangements
• Any term-time only policies

I completely understand that holiday dates may not always be confirmed far in advance, however I would really appreciate receiving them as soon as they are known, as I will need to plan my work schedule accordingly.

I am looking for a warm, caring, and nurturing home-from-home environment where my son can learn, develop, and feel safe. Outdoor activities and age-appropriate learning would be a big plus.
