About Me
Hello there, I am new to this website however I’ve been babysitting for friends of family for as long as I can remember! I have a true passion for spending time with and caring for little people. I enjoy nothing more than watching a child bloom and come out of their shell! I have no children of my own but 3 young siblings (aged 5, 6 and 10) who I absolutely adore and can’t get enough of! From the second they were born I couldn’t get enough with helping out with night feeds, taking them on days out or simply just playing games with them at home! I pride myself in being polite, confident and playful and I feel I have a way of gaining the trust of children. A little bit about me is that I love to travel. In 2024 I lived in Cyprus for a while! Baking and cooking are passions of mine and I can whisk up a mean birthday cake.
My Experience
-All GCSE’s ranging A-C (Earl Mortimer college and six form center)
I currently work as an RCW (residential care worker) for children in care. I adore my job and can honestly say I look forward to turning up at the home. Due to my shift pattern (2 days on, 4 days off) this leaves me with some free time to spare which is how I came across this platform. I have experience with children that portray challenging behaviour, also autism and ADHD. A usual day at work would include getting the children up, ensuring they’ve brushed their teeth, had some breakfast and got everything ready for their day at school, taking them to education and then in the evening keeping them entertained and cooking them a nice homemade meal before ensuring their bathed and tucked into bed with a bedtime story!

My Availability
My availability can differentiate so therefore it can differ however I do receive 2/3 months worth of work rota at once so this ensures that I can plan other commitments with plenty of notice! Please don’t be afraid to ask any kind of questions regarding availability!
