About Me
Hello My name is Vona, I’m 19 currently a full time student at the University of the West of England, studying sociology and psychology. I enjoy creating things with my hands such as crochet toys, jewellery and cooking. I’m also into outdoor activities like camping and army training.
My Experience
My main source of experience comes from my year abroad in Australia, where I worked in a boarding school (ages 11-18), which consisted of me waking up the children getting them ready for school helping them out with homework, putting them to bed and being someone they could always rely on. I’m well versed in working with children from different backgrounds, races and demographics which allows me to accommodate to all. I also have general babysitting experience with family friends’ children, ages ranging from 0-9. Finally, I’m on the continuation list for DBS checks, which updates every year.
My Qualifications
I have passed my GCSE’S (average grade - A) and A-Levels (Average grade - B). I have a certificate in the Leith’s school for food and wine. I also have my certificates from my food hygiene and allergen awareness courses.
