About Me
We are a warm Franco-Mexican family who recently moved to London from Paris. I'm Tahnee, working from home as a corporate wellness consultant, and my husband Yann works in strategy consulting.
By early September, we'll have two children:
- Diego - 2 years old, curious and energetic
- New baby - 4 months old
We speak French, English, and Spanish at home, and we'd love to find someone who can bring more Spanish into our children's daily lives - though this is not essential, just highly appreciated!
Our parenting approach
We follow a child-led philosophy - we believe in:

We're looking for someone who naturally aligns with this approach and who is genuinely attuned to children's needs and cues.
My Requirements
- Caring for and playing with the baby while I work, rest a litltle or handle other tasks
- Helping with nursery pick-ups for Diego (10 minutes away) OR staying with the baby so I can do pick-up
- Supporting with daily routines (meals, naps, bath time) when Diego is home
- Helping with the newborn (holding, soothing, changing)
- Light housework (tidying common areas, children's laundry, dishes, light cleaning)
- Preparing simple meals and snacks for the family
- Playing and engaging with Diego during afternoons when he's home from nursery
