About Me
Hi, my name is Zoe and I’m a reliable, caring babysitter based in the Lincoln area. I currently work as a care assistant for the elderly, where I take a kind and calming approach to providing personalised care for individuals with a range of needs. I’ve gained hands-on experience by assisting my mum who is a registered childminder, providing care for children of all ages during the day, evenings and overnight.
I hold a full enhanced DBS for both children and adults and am trained in first aid and basic life support. I’m comfortable caring for children of all ages and enjoy creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment. I can help with homework, mealtimes and follow bed and bath time routines. I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, playing games and I’m an animal lover who’s happy to help in homes with pets.
My Experience
I have strong childcare experience gained through assisting my mum who is a registered childminder, where I helped care for children of all ages during the day, evenings and overnight. This included supporting daily routines, meal preparation, homework help and creating engaging activities. I have also volunteered in a Rainbows group working with children aged 4–7, helping to run activities and provide a safe, supportive environment. In addition, I work as a care assistant for the elderly, giving me valuable experience supporting individuals with varying needs and strengthening my ability to provide patient, personalised care while remaining calm, attentive and reliable.
My Qualifications
I hold a GCSE in Childcare and A-level in Health and Social Care.
I am up to date with first aid and basic life support training and have also had training in a range of topics relating to caring for individuals such as Nutrition and Hydration, Anaphylaxis, Autism awareness and Safeguarding.
