Looking for a Nanny/Babysitter, experienced in low level SEN, for 3 Year Old and 5 Month Old
About Me
We’re a friendly, relaxed family based just outside of Diss, with a lovely 3-year-old little boy and a 5 month old girl.
He’s happy, curious and full of personality, he has not been diagnosed yet (we are in speech and language therapy and are trying different avenues), but he does possess some Autistic traits. For example, he struggles with 'flexible' language, struggles to engage in activities for long periods of time, and likes to 'loop' certain phrases/words. We ideally would be looking for someone who has worked with children with SEN before, so know how to engage, teach and progress a child.
Our 5 month old is a gorgeously happy girl, all she needs is a smiley face and a big bottle of milk to give you all the smiles. Most days, I will be taking care of our baby so someone can focus on Roman, however it would be nice to know that my husband and I could go out for a few hours if possible on occasion.
We’re looking for someone kind, calm and trustworthy who we can build a long-term relationship with, rather than lots of one-offs. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for set weekly hours, with some flexibility if needed. We really value good communication and someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children.
My Requirements
A weekly part-time nanny ideally, with flexibility on what days and times would suit.
We may also occasionally need some weekend help here and there, but this is very flexible.
