We’re a friendly, relaxed family based in Chard with a lovely 2-year-old little boy. He’ll be 3 in March.
He’s happy, curious and full of personality, and generally very easy to be around once he’s comfortable with you ?
We’re looking for someone kind, calm and trustworthy who we can build a long-term relationship with, rather than lots of one-offs. We really value good communication and someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children.
My Requirements
We’re mainly looking for an occasional babysitter for evenings — for example when my husband and I go out for a meal, drinks or to see friends. This would usually involve looking after our son in our home, doing his bedtime routine, and being around while he sleeps.
We may also occasionally need some daytime help (a morning or afternoon here and there), especially as I’m currently pregnant — but this is very flexible and absolutely not essential.
We’re not looking for fixed weekly hours, more someone who’s happy with ad-hoc, occasional work, and who we can get to know and trust over time.
