My Experience

I have worked in childcare for over 8 years, caring for children aged 9 months to 7 years in a range of settings. During this time, I have supported children with different personalities, routines, and needs, helping them settle, build confidence, and develop key life skills.

As a mum myself, I bring a patient, understanding, and nurturing approach to my work. I have extensive experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and adapting activities to suit individual learning styles. I am passionate about creating inclusive, engaging experiences where every child feels respected, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

I place strong importance on communication with parents, working closely together to ensure children feel secure, happy, and confident in my care.

My Qualifications

I hold an Early Years qualification with a distinction and am fully up to date with Paediatric First Aid training. I have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and strictly follow all safeguarding procedures to ensure children are safe, supported, and well cared for at all times.

In previous roles, I was the Fire and Lockdown Officer, giving me a thorough understanding of emergency procedures and risk management. I have worked with children aged 9 months to 7 years, supporting them through key stages of their early development.

I am fluent in Gujarati and Urdu and can also understand and speak a little Arabic and Spanish, which helps me communicate effectively with children and families from a range of backgrounds.

My Availability

I offer childcare during term time only, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm, which is ideal for parents looking for care around school hours. I am currently able to offer limited spaces, and I am also in the process of hiring an assistant, which will allow me to increase availability and care for more children in the near future.

My Fees

• Childminding from £6.00 per hour

I accept both funded childcare places and private bookings. Private childcare starts from £6 per hour, with fees varying depending on the age of the child and their individual needs.

For children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), I offer more tailored, one-to-one support and personalised activities to ensure they receive the care and attention they need. Fees for SEN support may vary to reflect the additional planning and individual care provided.
