Registered Childminder Job In Blackpool
About Me
Hi! Me and my partner have a 2 year old daughter, and we are looking for a childminder for 16 hours a week with the 2 year grant. We would like somebody she bonds well with, she's shy at first but once she knows a person she bonds with them we'll. Her best friends (when you ask her) are one human and two dogs lol. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and don't work, so I've worked very hard on her learning. She knows her numbers and can name them up to number 12. Same with her alphabet, can name the entire alphabet and if you ask her what sound it makes she does the phonetic of each one. I would like to find a childminder that has experience with helping separation anxiety, because honestly I'll have it too! We spend all day together playing and painting, colouring and she loves a daily walk with her daddy. She's timid around children her own age because she's been shoved by a few toddlers and I have an older daughter (13) so she engages better with children that can talk and older ones. Once she goes to school age we are going to part time home school her so a childminder in a home setting will be the most ideal scenario. She's half American (her daddy is American) so says mommy and has quite a strong accent (says zeebra instead of zehbrah lol). She's still in nappies, and although she has a potty with a flush she will sit on with a nappy but without she panics because she's quite petite (but the right weight and height) so while she's in nappies it's very important for us to have a female only setting. We are looking to start meeting childminders ASAP so she can start in January. Anything you would like to know, please ask. We are an open book. Please reach out via message, 9.99 is steep for a weeks subscription!
My Requirements
Someone who does collections and drop off would be ideal, I'm happy to pay extra for petrol. Or someone close by if we find the ideal placement (near the Victory pub) that doesn't do collections etc. Female only childcare setting (the childminder not children lol. Any day during the week is perfect, and afternoons would be preferable, we take our mornings easy and she takes a nap after her dinner at 11.30. She feeds herself with a fork or spoon. Loves all fruit and some veggies but usually will try anything. She's lactose intolerant so has vitamin supplements, so we avoid dairy or it leads to stomach pain and the runs!
