About Me

Hello! My name is Amira, I am 26 years old originally from the small town of Glastonbury

Recently, I moved to London to focus on my studies in Criminology and Forensics which I have been enjoying immensely so far.
Before going back to university, I spent much of my time on many hobbies such as painting, drawing, baking, cooking and reading. Although I no longer do this as often as I used to, I would love to put my skills to use when babysitting if possible.

Coming from a very large family where I would often volunteer to babysit my cousins, I believe a motherly role is something that has always been natural to me.
At around twelve years old, I was eager to take on the responsibilities of helping my aunts and uncles as often as I could when a new cousin would join our family. I distinctly remember them telling me how great I am with children which is truly one of the greatest compliments I have been given.
My sister also blessed our family last year with a baby boy, and I became an aunt for the first time. Although we do not live close by, I try to see them as much as possible and offer whenever I can to look after my nephew on days my sister goes to work. It is one of the best feelings to see my nephew developing into the most charming, loud and cheeky one year old (as exhausting as he can be!)

Although my future career plans in criminology does not relate to working with children, I believe babysitting will be a breath of fresh air from my studies. Children have such curious and imaginative minds, there is so much happiness in seeing the world through their eyes, and I can only wish to be there to simulate their creativity.
