Nadia
Nanny in Halesowen (also available for babysitting)
My Summary
About Me
I am a caring, patient, and dependable nanny who approaches my work with the heart of a mother.
I prioritise each child’s safety, emotional well-being, and development, creating a nurturing environment where they feel secure, supported, and valued. I believe in maintaining consistent routines while also encouraging creativity, play, and learning. I communicate openly with parents and respect each family’s values and expectations. Most importantly, I care for every child as if they were my own, giving parents confidence and peace of mind while their children are in my care.
My Experience
I have worked with children since 2013 as a teacher assistant, where I gained strong experience supporting children’s learning, behavior, and daily routines. This background has given me a solid understanding of child development, patience, and structure, skills I now bring into my role as a nanny. I am confident managing age-appropriate activities, providing individual support, and creating a safe, positive environment outside the classroom setting. My experience working closely with teachers and families allows me to communicate effectively with parents and adapt to each child’s unique needs.
