About Me

UPDATED 02/09/26

THE POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED, we’ll reopen it if anything changes.

We’re a friendly, busy and organised family looking for a lovely nanny-housekeeper to help with our two boys, Leo (10) and Tom (8), and our home twice a week.

The boys are kind, happy and full of energy, and have been raised to be polite, respectful and considerate.

We also have two cats, Paws and Tippie, who are very friendly and sociable.

We are French but the boys were born in London.

We’re looking for someone warm, reliable and proactive who enjoys spending time with children but is also happy to help keep the house running smoothly.

Monday afternoons 4.5 hours + Friday afternoons 4 hours, balance of housekeeping followed by childcare.

Salary is 16 gbp/hour

Details:

Mondays (2:00 pm – 6:30 pm):

+ 2:00 pm – 4:15 pm: Housekeeping (a mix of cleaning and laundry)

+ 4:15 pm – 6:30 pm:
- Pick up Tom (8) from school
- Ensure he does his homework

Fridays (1:00 pm – 5:00 pm)

+ 1:00 pm – 3:15 pm: Housekeeping (a mix of cleaning and laundry)

+ 3:15 pm – 5:00 pm:
- Pick up Tom from school and take the bus to Richmond Station
- Stop at a local café to ensure he does his homework
- Drop him to his Street Dance class above Richmond’s station for 5:00 pm

I spent the past year out of work, looking after both the children and the house myself, so I know first-hand how much work goes into both! I’m very realistic about what can be achieved in a couple of hours.

If this sounds interesting, we’d love to hear from you!
