About Me
We are Emil and Emily. We have two children - Fiona who is 3 and Dillon who is currently 8 months.
We live in Walthamstow, close to Lloyd Park. I work in film and TV and Emily is an architect working for a council.
We also have a dog, Chego.
As a family we like music, arts and crafts, going for nature walks, being down the allotment, going for pizza lunches and getting into town for trips to galleries and playgrounds.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone to help look after our (currently) 8 month old Dillon from April to August/September and potentially again at other times while I have work on.
My partner works 4 days/week (hybrid, with some flexibility) and I work freelance with long hours on location. We have a fair amount of flexibility regarding days/hours but ideally would have help 3-4 days a week.
Dillon is a very good natured little boy and great company, he likes singing and dancing and being on the move!
We are open to either a nanny who comes to our house or a local childminder that Dillon will travel to.
If it’s the former some help with our 3 year old, Fiona, would also be welcome. She is in nursery Monday-Thursday but some help with pick ups/drop off would be handy. She is very mature for her age and loves looking after and entertaining her little brother.
If at ours you would need to be ok with pets. Chego our lurcher is very calm and mostly just sleeps on the sofa. He’s great with people and children.
We are ideally looking for someone who can offer the funded childcare for 9 months olds.
