Bio:
Hello! We are a friendly family of three based in Ashford, Surrey. We have a curious and energetic 14-month-old daughter who loves dancing, and we are expecting our second baby in late summer 2026.
Update:
We are also looking for a childminder. 2/3 per week.
?The Role:
I work in the City 3-4 days a week, so we are looking for someone to work alongside my wife (shared care) as well as providing sole care for our daughter. We view this as a team effort - we need an extra pair of hands to help with the daily rhythm, playtime, and "nursery duties" (meal prep for the little one, tidying up toys, etc.).
?Our Approach:
We practice "responsive parenting" - we aren't rigid clock-watchers, but we do value a gentle flow to the day involving naps and independent play. We try to be a low-screen household and encourage curiosity.
?Who we are looking for:
Since we are expecting another baby, we would love someone with experience in child development who can bring their own ideas and best practices to the table. We are very open to your advice!

My Requirements
Part-time.
