My Experience

I may not have extensive experience working with children beyond babysitting for close family friends, but I bring a range of transferable skills from my volunteer and work experiences that make me a reliable and capable babysitter. I have volunteered as a Triage Support Volunteer, where I developed strong organizational and problem-solving skills under pressure. As a Customer Service Volunteer, I honed my communication and patience, learning how to listen carefully, respond to needs, and remain calm in challenging situations. Additionally, volunteering as an English Class Volunteer allowed me to support learners of different ages and abilities, helping me develop adaptability, creativity, and the ability to explain things clearly. These experiences have strengthened my responsibility, attentiveness, and interpersonal skills, all of which I bring to providing safe, supportive, and engaging care for children.

My Availability

My availability is based on my university schedule. During term time, I adjust my babysitting hours around classes and commitments, while during holidays I have a much more flexible schedule and can accommodate a wider range of times.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £11.00 per hour

My standard rate is £11 per hour for one to three children. Weekends, or caring for more than three children may be slightly higher. I am happy to discuss rates and work with families to find a fair arrangement that suits everyone.
