My Experience

I have extensive hands-on experience caring for children and young infants, including independently looking after my nieces and nephews. I have worked in a range of early years and childcare settings, including N16 Tots and The Willow on Broadwaters Children’s Centre, where I supported children with daily routines, learning activities, play, and personal care in a safe and nurturing environment.

I have also worked at Oxygen Active Play, supervising children during physical and group activities, ensuring their safety, and encouraging positive behaviour and teamwork. In addition, I work with Tradewind Recruitment, where I support children of all ages in school settings. This has given me experience working with different age groups, abilities, and needs, including one-to-one support and classroom assistance.

Alongside this, I have volunteered in healthcare environments and am currently a student midwife, which has strengthened my understanding of child development, safeguarding, communication, and providing compassionate, high-quality care. These experiences have helped me become patient, reliable, and confident when working with children in both group and one-to-one settings.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care and I am currently a student midwife, giving me a strong foundation in child development, infant care, safeguarding, and health and safety. I have experience working with children of all ages across nurseries, schools, and childcare settings. Through my role at Oxygen Trampoline Park, I developed a fun, energetic approach to childcare, confidently engaging children in active play while always prioritising safety and supervision. I am patient, reliable, and able to create a positive, enjoyable environment where children feel comfortable and well supported.

My Availability

I have flexible availability and can work weekdays, weekends, and evenings. I am open to short-notice bookings and can adapt to different schedules depending on the family’s needs.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour

My fees are reasonable and reflect my experience and qualifications. Rates can be discussed depending on the child’s age, number of children, hours required, and duties involved. I am happy to agree on a fair rate that suits both the family and the level of care needed.
