My Requirements

Our work schedule is shift-based (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) with weekends off.
We are looking for a flexible nanny who can work around our changing weekly schedule.
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with hours.
Comfortable with early mornings (from 6:00) and evenings (up to 5 hours when needed).
Experience with young children and nursery drop-offs/pick-ups.
Able to provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
Driving licence and own car preferred (for nursery runs).
References and enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain) required.
Friendly, professional, and able to communicate well with parents.

Hours & Schedule
Childcare required approximately 3 weeks out of every 4, depending on our shift pattern.
During working weeks, a minimum of 10 hours per week is guaranteed, with additional hours available depending on the schedule.
Hours may include early mornings (from 6:00am), nursery drop-offs/pick-ups, and some evenings (up to 5 hours)
• No weekends.

Pay
• £15–£20 per hour, depending on experience.
• Mileage paid if using your own car for nursery runs.
