About Me
Hello, my name is Lauren and I’m based in Arnold, Nottingham. I’m really excited to be opening Little Blooms Childminding.
I am an Ofsted registered childminder and I offer a calm, home-from-home environment where children are cared for in small numbers, alongside my own 3-year-old. I’m particularly drawn to gentle, play-led care that allows children to feel safe, settled and confident in their own time.
It was during Covid, when I spent more time at home with my eldest son — exploring outdoors, learning together and following his interests — that I realised how much I loved supporting young children in this way. That experience is what led me to take the step into childminding.
A typical day with me is relaxed and child-led and may include walks to the park, local playgroups, singing and stories, garden play, and simple, nutritious meals. I follow children’s interests and keep routines flexible, especially for those who find big settings a bit overwhelming.

My Availability
Monday- Friday 7.30am- 5.30pm

- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
Private fees £5 an hour
Food included
Babysitting rates - £15.00 an hour
Event childcare such as weddings and parties - £15 an hour
Wraparound care £6 morning session/ £10 afternoon session
