I’m 26 and the middle of five siblings, so I’ve grown up surrounded by kids and family life. I work closely with teenagers and young people, which has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills. I really enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and connecting with nature. I’m a big animal lover and feel most at home in caring, busy environments. I’m friendly, reliable, and genuinely enjoy supporting children and families.
My Experience
I have extensive experience looking after children from a young age. As the middle of five siblings, I grew up regularly caring for younger brothers and sisters, which helped me develop patience, responsibility, and confidence with children. I also have a large extended family and have frequently looked after younger cousins, alongside completing regular babysitting jobs for families with children of different ages.
More recently, for the past three years I have worked professionally with young people aged 10–17 in the criminal justice system, many of whom have complex and additional needs. In this role I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and often use play, creativity, and relationship-building to develop trust, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour. I am DBS checked and bring a calm, reliable, and caring approach to supporting children’s wellbeing and safety.
My Qualifications

- 2:1 in Criminology and Social Policy from Cardiff University
- 2:1 in Criminal Justice from Portsmouth University
- Qualified Probation Officer

My Availability
I work full time, but I’m flexible and available to babysit in the evenings and on weekends upon request. I’m happy to discuss specific days and times to fit your family’s needs.
