My Experience

I have a range of experience supporting children and young people in different childcare settings. I am currently studying a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification and have completed a placement in a primary school which was supporting a Year 1 class. During my placement, I worked alongside teacher and teaching assistants to support children’s learning, including helping with phonics, reading, writing activities and classroom routines.

I also provide babysitting and childcare support for families, caring for children of different ages and adapting activities to suit their individual interests and needs. I enjoy planning fun, creative and educational activities that help children build confidence, independence and new skills.

Alongside my childcare experience, I work as a respite carer supporting a 7-year-old child with additional needs, including autism and ADHD. This has helped me develop skills in understanding behaviour, creating structured routines, encouraging communication and providing patient, supportive care.

I also have experience as a Personal Care Assistant supporting a young person with her morning routine, which has strengthened my confidence with providing compassionate support and promoting independence.

My Qualifications

My Availability

I am currently available for ad-hoc babysitting/nanny during weekdays and weekend evening evenings. My availability will be updated in September once I return to college and receive my new timetable. My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)
