We are so grateful to have found Joyce. My little one has been very afraid of new faces since she was around 3 months old, so starting childcare was something I was extremely anxious about for over a year.

The first few days with Joyce were understandably very difficult, with lots of tears and clinginess. But Joyce was incredibly patient, calm, and understanding throughout the whole process. Amazingly, after over a month she was happily walking in without any drama at all!

Seeing this transformation has been such a relief and happiness for me as a parent. It’s clear Joyce creates a safe, caring, and comforting environment for children. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend her.
