About Me
Hi. I am ofsted registered childminder (Hadley park road, Leegomery). I'm offering home from home childcare tailored to the needs and ability of every child. A place where laughter is echoes, curiosity is celebrated and every child is embraced as individual. I provide a safe, loving environment where your little ones can grow, learn and flourish and prepare them for smooth transition into school. I had worked in a nursery setting, mainstream school as TA with SEN children. I am a mum of 2 grown up sons, only one at home at the moment and the other is in Uni. I provide full time, part time and wrap around care.
My Experience
I have experienced in working in a nursery setting in a baby room and toddlers room. Good communication skills which allow me build a positive relationship with children and adapt to their individual needs to help them achieve their full potential and develop holistically.
My Qualifications
Degree in Early Childhood Studies (Level 6 qualified), CACHE Level 3 in Home Based Childcare, Designated Safeguarding Leads, Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene, Paediatric First Aid, FGM Trained, Prevent Duty Trained, Early Talk Boots.
My Availability
I am open Monday to Thursday from 7am to 6pm and on Friday 7am to 5pm

- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour

We are so grateful to have found Joyce. My little one has been very afraid of new faces since she was around 3 months old, so starting childcare was something I was extremely anxious about for over a year.
The first few days with Joyce were understandably very difficult, with lots of tears and clinginess. But Joyce was incredibly patient, calm, and understanding throughout the whole process. Amazingly, after over a month she was happily walking in without any drama at all!
Seeing this transformation has been such a relief and happiness for me as a parent. It’s clear Joyce creates a safe, caring, and comforting environment for children. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend her.
