About Me
We are a busy family of four, made up of myself, my husband, our 6-year-old son and our 4-year-old daughter. We also have two friendly pets: Ralph, our Golden Labrador, and Minnie, our cat, both of whom are very used to family life and visitors.
My Requirements
We are looking for a kind, reliable, and organised person to help support our busy household on a part-time but regular basis. The role is varied and would suit someone who enjoys helping a family keep their home running smoothly, while also being happy to support with the children when needed.
Duties would include, but are not limited to:
• Washing, folding, and putting away clothes
• Ironing
• Preparing and cooking healthy, family-friendly meals
• Making lunchboxes for the children
• Helping out with the children as required
• Occasional school runs
• Walking the dog
In time, once a trusting relationship has been established and the children are comfortable, there may be the opportunity for occasional babysitting. This would allow my husband and me some time together a couple of times a month or for specific occasions. Any babysitting would always be discussed in advance and arranged by mutual agreement.
We are hoping to find someone who is proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently, while also being happy to work alongside us as part of the household. In return, we offer a respectful, welcoming environment and a family who genuinely values the support and contribution of the right person.
