Hello, I’m Maxine, a highly experienced and mature childcare professional with a sensitive, compassionate and conscientious approach to caring for babies.
Favouring a gentle and consistent approach to routine, I have proven success of working in partnership with parents to establish successful routines. Highly considerate of the parents preferred style, I offer excellent support to implement feeding and sleeping routines and to encourage bonding. With my knowledge and understanding of supporting breast, bottle and combination feeding through practical and personal experience, I am able to help and offer advice as required. I use my knowledge and experience to support each stage of a baby’s physical, cognitive and emotional development.
My approach is inclusive of the whole family unit and my aim is always to offer support and contribute towards a harmonious home environment.
