Prior to this i spent over ten years of clinical experience within Emergency Department and Acute Medicine services, delivering high quality assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with diverse and often complex presentations. Skilled in rapid triage, advanced clinical assessment, escalation decision making, and coordinating care within fast paced, high pressure environments. Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, supervising junior staff, maintaining patient flow, and ensuring safe, evidence based practice. Demonstrated ability to manage clinical risk, contribute to service improvement, and uphold high standards of documentation, communication, and patient centered care.
Prior to this I taught at private international school in Tianjin China from 2- 12 year olds.
