I want to understand how my step daughter’s emotions work and how I can help her. We struggle with bedtime, getting her up the stairs is a right task then it takes about 3 hours to calm her down to be able to sleep.
She has an addiction to tv screens, YouTube. What’s the best way to wean her off and be the kid I know she is. Fun, playful, happy , chatty. With tv angry and shouting.
