My Experience

I have a wide range of experience working with children of different ages and abilities in both educational and home settings. I have worked in a nursery with children under 2 years old and toddlers aged 2–3, where I supported their early development, routines, and daily care needs. I have also worked in a primary school, assisting children with their learning, behaviour, and social development. In addition, I have experience working with children with special educational needs, including non-verbal children, and children with ADHD, where I focused on behaviour management, communication support, and emotional regulation.
My responsibilities included preparing and serving meals, planning and carrying out age-appropriate activities, supporting children with creative tasks such as drawing and fine motor skills, helping with hygiene and nap routines, and ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing environment at all times. Alongside this, I have long-term babysitting experience caring for family members, which has strengthened my ability to build trusting relationships with children and parents. I am patient, attentive, and genuinely passionate about supporting children’s wellbeing, independence, and overall development.
