About Me

Hello, my name is Claire and I have been a registered childminder for 24 years. After taking a short break to pursue a career in maternity services, I am delighted to return to childminding, bringing with me even more experience and knowledge to support young children and their families.

I am now working alongside another childminder in a brand new, purpose-built early years setting, designed to provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, explore and thrive.

I am married with three grown-up children, and I understand first-hand how important it is to find childcare that feels like an extension of your own family. In our setting we place great value on building strong relationships not only with the children in our care, but also with their families, offering reassurance, support and open communication.

We enjoy a wide range of activities including outings, creative crafts, cooking, and plenty of outdoor play, helping children develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning through fun, hands-on experiences.
We look after children from 6months to school age and can claim government funded hours.

I hold a variety of qualifications across early years, maternity and infant feeding, and I regularly undertake CPD training to ensure my knowledge remains up to date and that I continue to provide the highest quality care.
