Warm, experienced nanny wanted — Bromley, Kent

We’re looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic nanny to help look after our much-loved, very active two-year-old boy, Musa.

We would love someone who enjoys getting involved in toddler play and can bring patience, warmth and creativity to his afternoons. Building a trusting relationship with Musa and helping him explore, learn and grow in confidence are really important to us.

Hours

* Monday to Friday, 2pm–6pm — 20 hours per week.
* Occasional longer hours, agreed in advance.
* Opportunity to move to full-time hours in 2027 for the right candidate.

The role includes

* Engaging, age-appropriate play, books, music and creative activities.
* Supporting language development, independent play and everyday skills.
* Helping with meals, snacks, nappies and afternoon routines.
* Keeping play areas safe and tidying up after activities.
* Communicating openly with us about his day.

We’re looking for someone who

* Has experience caring for active toddlers.
* Is attentive, patient, dependable and confident with this age group.
* Offers gentle encouragement and clear, age-appropriate boundaries.
* Has an enhanced DBS check, paediatric first-aid training and excellent references.

Attentive care is essential: personal phones should be put away while caring for Musa, except for emergencies or necessary communication with us. We want someone who enjoys being present and actively engaging with him.

We’re hoping to find a lovely nanny who will become a trusted part of our family over time.
