Hello my names Holly
Looking for babysitting work while I’m off over the summer. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, including as a nanny, in children’s residential homes, and currently with young people in the SEN (Special Educational Needs) field.
I’m 42, a mum myself, and bring a warm, caring, and trustworthy approach to childcare. I hold an up-to-date DBS check and First Aid certification, giving you extra peace of mind and I have a Degree in Health and Social care and an Introduction to Childcare course certificate,
I’m reliable, kind, and passionate about creating a safe and fun environment for children.

My Experience
Learning Support Assistant -
Working in partnership with the school along side a little boy with learning difficulties. My role included behavioural, emotional support and basic educational support ( phonics and number recognition).
Nanny-
Working with a family with a baby and 3 year old for two years. I enjoyed cooking healthy meals for the children, light housework, going to various mother and baby classes, establishing good routines and having fun doing lots of messy play!
Student nursing - I have had nursing placements in St georges hospital, in different wards and although I usually work alongside patients who are adults, I think this role relates to all areas as it necessary to have good communication skills, a caring attitude and the understanding of how to look after a person as a individual.
Nanny - working again with two children 1 aged 3. I took them to various playgroups and clubs in the Merton area, encouraged lots of learning through play. Provided healthy meals and again a kind, caring environment. I also had to be flexible with hours due to parents schedule.
LSA - I continue to work full time at a college in Hastings supporting a lovely group of young people with learning disabilities/Autism/ADHD.

2001 - Intermediate health and social care
2009 - Access to HE Diploma (Nursing) LEVEL 3
2009- 2013- HE Diploma (Nursing) not yet completed as I had my two children during the course!
2019 - Foundation Degree in Health and social care
