About Me
My name is Anisa and I am a registered childminder based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
I am a mum to a beautiful little girl, and becoming a parent is what inspired me to work with children. I love watching little ones discover new things, grow in confidence and develop their own personalities. Children are naturally curious, and I enjoy creating playful, creative opportunities that help them learn through exploration.
I am lucky to live close to local parks, a soft play centre and a swimming pool. I plan to use these spaces to give children new experiences — from exploring nature and practising physical skills, to building confidence and social skills through play. I also enjoy simple outings such as trips to the library or local shops, as they open up lots of opportunities for learning and conversation.
As a mother and childcare provider, I value patience, flexibility and compassion. I aim to offer inclusive care that adapts to the individual needs of each child, providing structure, routine and reassurance so they always know what to expect.
