About Me

Hi, my name is DJ. I am currently studying for a Level 2 Certificate in Introducing Caring for Children and Young People. I am looking to gain more experience while I study.

I have previous childcare experience looking after my niece and my friends’ children. I have completed first aid and defibrillator training. I hold a driving licence and am happy to travel when needed.

My Experience

Although I do not have official childcare experience, I am confident and capable in caring for children. I have looked after my niece and my friends’ children, and through my 10 years working in hospitality I have regularly engaged with younger children and families. I am patient, responsible, and great at building positive relationships with children.

Fire Marshal Training
10+ year management experience in hospitality

Friendly, reliable babysitter

Dace babysat my boys (aged 6 & 8) one evening at relatively short notice. She was friendly, reliable and the boys really warmed to her. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you Dace!
