Firstly, she made up all the skills and qualifications that she’s got and might have used AI to write it and make it like she’s got 20 years experience or so to charge parents so much. PLEASE PARENTS, look carefully and do more research on other providers. I did find mine going down the list even though they don’t have “fake” reviews, they really know what they’re doing.
You will notice she will use AI again to answer all your queries. Is it that hard to write herself?
Secondly, she used her phone a lot when she’s on her childcare shift. She’s constantly on the phone thats what my baby confessed to me. I only found out as she forgot to do some of my tasks for me due to the babysitter on the phone and LEFT HER ALONE!
She doesn’t do anything to help with the kid either help her study, read or do any activities. She left her with it and BE ON HER PHONE. She even brought her laptop to our house!!! What’s on earth?!?!? Well, she did ask for my wifi password as one of very first questions. I should have realised the red flag.
She’s also very dirty and messy as well. She never takes her shoes off when going to people’s house. Is that normal?
I wrote on here to warn other parents and hopefully nobody would fall into my position.
I know she would reply that she never have any interaction or provide any childcare service to me but she does know what she has done and who I am. She just hopes nobody will mind that.
