My cureent job is a teaching assistant at a ALN school in cardiff and before that worked is a residental home for young people with disabilities i understand that every child is unique and may have different needs, routines, and ways of communicating. I take time to listen and create a calm, safe, and supportive environment. I am reliable, organized, and always focused on keeping kids safe while making sure they have fun. I can help with homework, prepare simple meals, and plan activities like games, reading, or drawing. I am good at following instructions from parents and handling responsibilities calmly.
