My Experience
I have over 6½ years of experience working with children and truly love what I do. I’ve worked as an Early Years Practitioner, Room Leader, and have trained as a Deputy Manager, which has given me strong knowledge of child development and a calm, confident approach to childcare.
I’ve also worked in residential settings, which has helped me develop strong skills in supporting children with additional needs and managing challenging situations with empathy and understanding.
