About Me

My name is Kudzai Samantha Ndoro, aged 27. As the eldest of five siblings, I have grown up with significant responsibility from an early age. Being the first-born required me to regularly care for my younger siblings in the absence of our parents or guardians, developing strong childcare skills. This lifelong experience has made me confident, reliable, and capable of providing attentive and responsible care for children.

My Experience

I work as a carer, which has further strengthened my ability to provide compassionate, person-centered support. This role has required patience, empathy, and attentiveness, as well as the ability to follow care plans, support daily living activities, and communicate clearly with families and other professionals. Being a carer has enhanced my understanding of safeguarding, dignity, and the importance of building trust with those in my care. I am also a uni student currently studying my MBA in digital marketing
