About Me

I’m a working parent looking for a reliable childminder to help with mainly nursery drop-offs and pick-ups during workdays. I’m hoping to find someone warm, calm, and dependable, who will help my child feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for.
Consistency and good communication are very important to me, and I’m ideally looking to build a long-term arrangement with the right person.
I’m looking to start towards the end of August. Availability is required Monday to Friday, however the number of days needed will vary. I typically work three days a week, with one week a month requiring four days. As my workdays are not fixed and include some weekends, childcare would be needed between just one to four weekdays in any given week.
I will provide my work schedule in advance each week, so the required day/s are known ahead of time.

Babysitter

Reliable and punctual, especially for nursery drop-off and pick-up times.

Registered/approved childminder

Experience caring for nursery-age children

Valid DBS check

Paediatric first aid training (up to date)

Safe and reliable transport, suitable for children

Full, clean driving licence

Appropriate car insurance that covers childcare use

Non-smoker

Strong understanding of child safety and safeguarding

Calm, patient, and nurturing personality

Good communication skills and willingness to provide regular updates

Able to follow routines and instructions set by parents and nursery

Trustworthy and respectful of family privacy

Available on a regular basis during working days
