Childcare Wanted – EH7/EH6 | 3 Days a Week

Childminder wanted from May/June 2027

We are looking for an experienced, caring and reliable registered childminder to look after our gorgeous little boy, who will be one year old around the time childcare is required.

We are looking for 3 days per week, starting around the end of May/June 2027. We would ideally like someone who can offer a warm, nurturing and stimulating home-from-home environment where our son can feel secure, happy and well cared for.

Our preference would be for a childminder based in or around the EH7/EH6 areas, although we would consider nearby areas for the right person.

Our ideal childminder would:

* Have previous experience caring for young children, particularly around the 1-year-old age.
* Be a registered childminder with a genuine passion for working with children.
* Have current/up-to-date first aid training.
* Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
* Encourage age-appropriate play, learning and development.
* Be warm, patient, attentive and responsive to individual needs.
* Have good communication with parents and be happy to keep us updated throughout the day.
* Ideally have experience with babies transitioning into childcare and supporting their routines.

We are looking for someone who will become a familiar and trusted person in our son’s life, and who will make his transition into childcare a positive and enjoyable experience.
