Me and my husband both work long hours on rolling rotas. Therefore it can be difficult to ensure we have childcare at all times. I work 30 hours and my husband is full time. The only days I will need childcare is Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays either early morning 06.00-07.30 when she starts nursery or evening 17.15-20.30 ish when she finishes nursery and until I return home. I would require someone who has a car for transport to and from nursery.
