About Me
I’m an enthusiastic and caring individual with several years of experience babysitting and supporting children in different settings. I enjoy creating safe, nurturing, and engaging spaces where children can learn, play, and grow. I’m a creative and curious person that loves learning new things whether it is different art mediums, history or new cuisines I find it helpful in creating new activities for children. I think children need a very individual approach so I work on curating activities based on their current fascinations and sprinkling a bit of new things so their world becomes a little bit bigger everyday. I’m reliable, patient, and quick to build trust with children, and I’m passionate about promoting children’s wellbeing, development, and inclusive care.
My Experience
I’ve done informal kinship foster care support for 3years, taking care of the child (15yo) everyday, as well as supporting my partner with attending meetings with the school and social workers.
I’ve been also babysitting children in my family for the past 10 years, their current ages 3,6,10.
I also was a wrestling class leader on summer wrestling camps in 2017-2019.
I volunteered in Romania and Colombia, teaching children English and organising different activities to support their mental health and development.
My Qualifications
I’ve studied pedagogy early education on University of Gda?sk Oct 2017- Aug 2020, I’ve completed 5 semesters.
My Availability
I work 5 days a week mostly 7-2pm with days off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (sometimes might differ) I’m available most after school times and evenings. I’m situated in North London.
