My Experience

I have always been around children growing up within a childminding household.With children from infancy to school age, including those with additional needs. It has given me great insight into this industry and has made me very confident in knowing my ability to look after children.I have learnt over the years how important it is for children to get the care and support they need to have the best start in life. I creat this by providing high quality early learning the foundation children need to fulfil their potential.Every child is unique, so I will always tailor my activities to support each child’s development.My approach blends learning through play with structured routines, encouraging independence, creativity and confidence.

My Qualifications

I am fully insured, and I hold a up to date paediatric first aid and safeguarding training.I have a GCSE in child development as well as certificates in level 2 food Safety and Hygiene and Food Allergy and intolerance training. I have also completed training across all seven areas of children’s learning and development.

My Availability

My working hours are 8.00am -5.30pm, Monday to Friday. I can offer full time stretched or term time only hours.

My Fees

• Childminding from £5.00 per hour

My hourly rate is £5.00. This does not include meals or snacks.I can provide your child/children with breakfast , a morning snack and afternoon snack with a daily charge of £2.00.If a child come for half a day I will charge £1.00.Alternatively you can provide all snacks. Before/ after school drop off and pickups to and from St Nicholas primary school.I charge a basic daily rate of £5.00 or £2.50 each way for up to half an hour. Beyond this there will be an additional rate of £5.00 an hour. After school snacks with a daily charge of £2.00. Alternatively you can provide all snacks. I will take all payments in advance, either monthly or weekly.
