About Me

I am a social work student with a strong passion for working with children and families. I am a friendly, patient, and reliable person who enjoys creating safe, nurturing environments where children feel comfortable and supported. I am currently looking for part-time work alongside my studies, and I am happy to support families with childcare as well as light household tasks such as cooking and cleaning when needed.

My Experience

I have over eight years of experience serving in a church children’s group, working with children aged 2–11. In this role, I have led sessions, taught age-appropriate activities, built trusting relationships with children, and communicated regularly with parents and carers. Through my social work training and volunteering, I have developed strong skills in understanding children’s needs, safeguarding, and supporting children of all abilities and backgrounds.

My Availability

I am DBS checked and hold current First Aid certification, as well as Level 3 Safeguarding training.
