Aleksandra has (and is still currently with us) worked with us and our new born from 6 weeks old. She is trustworthy and 100% reliable and our baby loves her! We're a busy house with 3 other late teenage/adult children and the baby - there are lots of comings and goings and irregular routines which has probably made it more challenging!
She is warm, caring and very likable - our baby particularly enjoys her singing which is vastly better then mine. Aleksandra has been solely responsible for the baby including feeding / weaning / changing nappies / taking out in pram / sleep routines / inoculations etc etc. including whilst we have been away for several days with work.
Having raised two of her own children (one older teenager and one under 10) she is vastly experienced from a practical point of view - which appealed to me as a mother of (seriously) advanced maternal age.
Would 100% recommend and happy to take calls and provide references etc.

There are not enough complimentary words to describe how brilliant Gemma is. She has looked after our new born baby since he was two nights old and whilst we've been away with work for a few days.
He loves her - and we do too! She is totally reliable, unflappable, warm, friendly and caring. Having had a C Section and elected not to take any maternity leave, Gemma has enabled me to 'keep calm and carry on'. Being in a busy house with older teenagers and young adults with the associated comings and goings at all times of the night and looking after a new-born baby probably isn't the usual circumstances but Gemma has taken that in her stride.
Having raised her own child (late teens) and worked as a night nanny for a number of years means that Gemma has practical, hands-on experience, can read baby cues and give real world helpful advice on this and useful products (and what is a waste of money)- which was invaluable since I am a mother of seriously advanced maternal age this time round and far too old and cynical to be buying the latest 'must have' gimmicks.
Baby is in a settled night time sleep routine, the house is (relatively!) calm and I have been able to continue my work life extremely smoothly - in spite of a C-Section - mostly due to Gemma's presence and calming influence.
100% recommend - so glad we found her!

Thank you so much for my lovely review. It's been an absolute pleasure helping yourself and James with your gorgeous son. Immediately I was made to feel right at home, like one of the family if I'm honest. Super parents, your children are lucky to have you.
