We are a warm, caring family based in Welwyn Garden City, looking for a kind and reliable nanny to support us with our baby. We are first-time parents and place a strong value on gentle, responsive care, emotional wellbeing, and creating a calm, safe environment for our child to grow and thrive.
Our baby is happy, social, and curious, and we follow a respectful, low-stress approach to parenting. We are attentive to routines, age-appropriate development, and positive interactions, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with babies and supporting their milestones.
We are looking for someone confident and experienced who can take ownership of the baby’s care during working hours. We value trust, good communication, and mutual respect, and we hope to build a long-term relationship with the right person.

My Requirements
We require childcare Monday to Thursday up to 20 hours per week during the working day 11am to 4pm (though some flexibility around these hours is possible). We would like a nanny who is willing to take our son to classes and activities as well as prepare some of his meals, wash his clothes and tidy up his things as necessary.
