my name is Judith. I am a caring and devoted single mum of three children age 9, 5,and 1 year old, and an NHS nurse with almost 20 years of experience. caring for others has always been a big part of my life, both at work and home.
one of my children is autistic and can find busy or noisy environments overwhelming, so I am looking for someone who is calm, patient, and understanding to help and support our family with before-and after- school care. my priority is providing my children with a safe, nurturing, and emotionally supportive environment.
I am very hand-on mum and will always remain closely involved in my children's routines, homework, and emotional wellbeing. I am looking for support rather then replacement-someone kind and reliable who can work alongside me and become a trusted part of my children's day.

My Requirements
My 5 years old has been diagnosed with autism, which adds a unique rhythm to the family's life. At times, she tends to scream when she is overwhelmed or upset, needing a lot of reassurance. she struggles to engage with new people, however she speaks when she wants to make her needs known and engage in activities that interest her. she can be a fussy eater, she is capable of using the toilet for urination, but she has not yet registered the need to use the toilet for bowel movements, needing extra patience and understanding. this moments can be challenging, but they do not define her-they are simply part of her journey.
